A TOOL FOR DATA COLLECTION OF SKILLS IN ANDROID-BASED PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

At this time, information technology is developing very rapidly. Teachers must be more creative in choosing appropriate, effective, and efficient technology development. This brings Android-based tools to be the best alternative for teachers in carrying out their duties, especially in data collection on physical education skills. This research was conducted in high schools in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, amounting to five schools. This development is a description of developing android-based tools, which includes product analysis, expert validation, product testing, field testing, and product revision. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that Android-based tools can be an alternative for teachers in helping to carry out their duties quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
